Give (limited) access to your accounts!

A Qonto account can have multiple Admins but will never have more than one Account Holder. The Account Holder is the sole person responsible for opening the account and can close it at any time. The Admins have the all the other rights of the Account Holder. If several people are responsible for the deposit of a company's share capital, only one person will be the Account Holder, whilst the others can be Admins.

As their names indicate, Account Holders and Admins can configure every aspect of the account as they see fit. They have access to all the account’s financial information and settings. They can set up direct debits, transfers, card payments, check deposits...the list goes on.

Both the Account Holder and Admins can invite their team members to collaborate in managing the company’s finances. Once invited, the team members can order virtual or physical cards for themselves and define their spending limits and permissions. The Account Holder and Admins are also the only ones who can approve and refuse transfer requests from their teams.

Qonto cards can be virtual or physical and are adaptable to each employee’s role and needs. By setting spend limits and payment ceilings for teams or team members, you promote budget transparency and spending autonomy. Each employee has access to their own history: transactions can be categorized by theme or department and the remaining budget can be checked at any time. Do your employees need to make transfers? If so, they can request a transfer by entering all the relevant information - the transfer is then approved by an Admin.

Your employees can play a pivotal role in helping to manage and prepare your company's accounts effectively. The time when staff gradually accumulated their business expense receipts by pinning them under their computer keyboard is over. Thank goodness.

Now after each transaction, each team member just needs to take a photo of their receipt - the VAT rate is detected automatically and linked to the line item (included in all plans except Basic).
