Qonto and DATEV: the partnership for your needs

Did you know you can connect your Qonto business account with DATEV online? As Qonto is now an official DATEV Marketplace interface partner, you can synchronize your transactions and attachments with the online taxation software service, dramatically minimizing admin and increasing your productivity.

The integration will allow you to automatically transfer receipts to DATEV, making your accounting a simple, automated operation. This way, your accounting department has everything they need to go forward and you can focus on growing your business instead.

Qonto’s online banking platform offers three integrations so you can directly transfer the relevant data, allowing your tax advisor to receive it in real time. Our integration builds a bridge from your account to your tax advisor’s office - data transfer has never been a simpler journey.

With the Qonto platform’s three integrations for secure and direct data exchange with DATEV, you can:

• Easily sync your receipts with DATEV Unternehmen online, by connecting to DATEV Belegbilderservice-Rechnungswesen.
• Set up an integration with DATEV Bankdatenservice via PIN/TAN to sync transactions with - and send payments from - DATEV Unternehmen online.
• Sync your Qonto transactions and payment requests with DATEV Bankdatenservice via RZ-Bankinfo to access them from any of your preferred DATEV software.

Please note: DATEV integrations are only available to Qonto customers with a German IBAN.

You can add your Qonto business account via the DATEV portal. Have your Qonto account details ready with you, which you can find when you sign into the Qonto app. A PSD2-compliant banking API will establish the connection between Qonto and DATEV.

Once your online banking data is transferred to DATEV, the names and IBANs of both merchant and client are synchronized, including amount and purpose of transaction.
