Qonto wins the FinTechGermany Award 2020!

It's official: Qonto was awarded the FinTechGermany Award 2020 in the category "Best Foreign FinTech on the German market"!

Every year, the FinTechGermany Award honors outstanding FinTech companies in various categories. This award is the most important start-up prize for FinTech companies in Germany and is given according to criteria such as business concept, positioning and financial plan. Our Country Manager Philipp A. Pohlmann received the award on behalf of the Qonto German team at the annual FinTechGermany Award on September 17, 2020 in Frankfurt am Main.

The jury particularly emphasised Qonto's "impressive growth" in Europe as the reason for the award as best foreign Fintech in Germany. "One thing is certain: Qonto is here to stay," said jury member and Management Consulting Partner Matthias Hübner in the laudation.

An acknowledgement of our commitment to the German Market

Only 9 months ago, Qonto officially entered the German market. Since then, we have grown rapidly and reached many milestones - like the introduction of the German IBAN.

We are very happy to be honored by the FinTechGermany Award (and also by the German StartUp Ecosystem) for our commitment in Germany!
