The Analyst answers questions about your past and existing finances — spending by category, balance, cash flow shifts, top transactions — directly from your Qonto data. Just ask. 

No. The agents never act on their own. The Operator prepares and proposes — you review and confirm. Every transfer, every invoice, every card is triggered by you. Nothing moves without your go-ahead, and you can always see exactly what's about to happen before it does.

The AI Agents access only the data from your Qonto account. They collect and use only the data strictly necessary within your authenticated session.

The security applied is the same as across the entire Qonto platform. Your data remains hosted in Europe and is not used to train other AI models outside of those developed by Qonto. For any questions, you can refer to our Terms and Conditions regarding AI.

Our AI Agents are designed to assist you and complement the standard management tools of your Qonto account. They do not replace your professional judgment or human supervision.

All conversations with the AI Agents are conducted within your secure, authenticated session. No data is shared outside of the Qonto ecosystem, and the same security standards that protect your financial operations also protect your interactions with the AI Agents.

You maintain full control: The Operator always asks for confirmation before executing any action. Your data remains hosted in Europe and is not used to train other AI models outside of those developed by Qonto.

Once Qonto sends data to your AI assistant to answer a question, that data is handled by the AI provider — not by Qonto. Depending on their terms of service, the provider may store, retain, or use your information — for example, to improve or train their models. Qonto has no visibility into or control over what happens to your data once it leaves our infrastructure.

Before connecting, Qonto recommends taking these steps:

* Choose tools you trust: Only connect AI environments you are comfortable sharing business data with.

* Review your provider’s data practices: Check how each AI provider stores and uses data before enabling the integration.

* Understand your exposure: The more context you share in a prompt, the more data passes through to the provider.
