To benefit from rewards on your Qonto business account, simply activate the Account Remuneration option from your account and make at least five payment transactions of at least €1 each month.

To do this, log in to your Qonto account and click Get started on the Remuneration banner. Then review and accept the Terms & Conditions and click Activate remuneration. Your Account Remuneration is now good to go! You can deactivate Account Remuneration at any time by following the same steps.

Payments can be made with any payment method we offer: payment card, virtual card, instant transfer, international transfer, incoming SEPA direct debit, Tap to Pay, or mobile POS.

Your earnings will be calculated daily based on the balance of your business account and any sub-accounts, and paid on the second of each month.

You can use your funds whenever you want, with no fees or penalties.

Please note that the maximum earnings cap for your Qonto business account varies depending on the plan you're subscribed to:

• €50,000 cap on the Smart plan;
• €100,000 cap on the Premium plan;
• €200,000 cap on the Essential, Business, and Enterprise plans.

No, Qonto's Account Remuneration is not the same as a traditional savings account offered by some banks. Paid accounts or savings accounts that traditional banks may offer are banking products where customers deposit their money and receive interest in return. In other words, customers are compensated for depositing money into the bank account and keeping it there, instead of allocating or using it in other bank accounts or institutions, investments, or expenses that could generate profits. In some cases, it is even agreed not to move that money for a certain period.

Qonto, not being a bank, does not offer this type of account or product.

Instead, Qonto's Account Remuneration directly rewards our customers for actively using our payment services. If you have made at least five payment transactions of at least €1 in the previous month, you will receive financial compensation on the second day of the next month. This will be calculated daily, applying the corresponding percentage on the total balance of your Qonto accounts each day.

In summary, traditional paid accounts offered by banks financially reward the act of depositing money and keeping it there. At Qonto, however, we reward the use of our payment methods with financial compensation, calculated on the daily balance of your payment accounts.

There is no minimum amount required to benefit from Qonto's Account Remuneration. That's because what this service rewards is not leaving funds in an account, but rather using our payment services.

So, Qonto does not set a minimum amount to generate earnings; instead, these earnings are generated automatically (based on your total account balance, across all of your Qonto accounts) with only one requirement: having made a minimum of five transactions of at least €1 each month using our payment options. For each month that you make these five eligible transactions, you'll receive the bonus in your account the following month.

No. Qonto does not charge management fees to benefit from account earnings.
