What are the transaction fees for card payments received through Tap to Pay and our POS terminals?

Transaction fees are 1.2% for EU cards with Solo Basic, Smart, Team Essential and Business plans. Fees drop to 0.8% with Premium and Enterprise plans. Non-EU and corporate cards are charged 2.6% across all plans, with no hidden costs.

How quickly will I receive my funds with Tap to Pay and terminals?

All payments are settled directly to your Qonto account the next business day, giving you faster access to your money compared to many providers' 1-3 day settlement periods.

Do I need to manually reconcile transactions?

No. All payments are automatically recorded and categorized in your Qonto dashboard, eliminating the need for end-of-day reconciliation or manual data entry.

How do payment links work and what are the fees?

Payment links are powered by our partner Mollie. They let you accept online payments in two ways: integrated with your invoices or as standalone payment requests. Simply activate the feature in your Qonto app to securely create your Mollie account in seconds. You can offer multiple payment methods (cards, Apple Pay, Paypal…) with competitive transaction fees starting at 0.1% + 0.1€ per transaction. All payments are automatically reconciled.
