The legal basis for the processing of your information is the performance of the contract you enter into with Qonto when you create an account, and the legitimate interest when we contact you by email for ads and respond to your requests regarding our products and services. Your information will be available to Qonto and its technical service providers (in situations required by our payment activities).
The data may be transferred to non-European countries that ensure an adequate level of protection under the standard contractual clauses adopted by the EU Commission.
The data necessary for subscribing to our services will be retained for the entire business relationship and for up to 10 years after the termination of your contract, in compliance with Qonto’s financial obligations. Unless you unsubscribe with the link available at the end of the emails you receive, the data necessary to send you communications and respond to your inquiries will be retained for the entire commercial relationship and/or for 3 years from the last contact.
