Your personal data is collected and processed by Qonto (OLINDA SAS, with social capital of 296,522.49 €. SIREN 819 489 626 – 18 rue de Navarin, 75009 Paris) to allow you to subscribe to our service and to allow us to send you marketing communications on our products and industry news, as well as respond to your requests. The legal basis for the processing of your information is the performance of the contract you enter into with Qonto when you create an account, and the legitimate interest when we contact you by email for ads and respond to your requests regarding our products and services. Your information will be available to Qonto and its technical service providers (in situations required by our payment activities).
The data may be transferred to non-European countries that ensure an adequate level of protection under the standard contractual clauses adopted by the EU Commission.
The data necessary for subscribing to our services will be retained for the entire business relationship and for up to 10 years after the termination of your contract, in compliance with Qonto’s financial obligations. Unless you unsubscribe with the link available at the end of the emails you receive, the data necessary to send you communications and respond to your inquiries will be retained for the entire commercial relationship and/or for 3 years from the last contact.
You may withdraw your consent to be sent communications by email, and you may access your data, rectify it, request its deletion, exercise your right to data portability or limit the processing thereof. To exercise these rights, or for any questions on the processing of your data, you can contact our data protection officer at dpo@qonto.com. If you believe, after contacting us, that your rights over your data have not been respected, you can send a complaint to the personal data protection authority of your country.
Talent Acquisition Policy - Application form
LEVER collects and processes your personal data on behalf of Qonto. Qonto will review your application and contact you if your profile fits our job offers. The processing of your data is a necessary step prior to entering into an employment contract with Qonto.
Once submitted, we will retain your application in our candidate pool for a period 2 years, where it can be accessed by our Talent Acquisition team, HR department, as well as the team associated with the position you applied for. After this two year period, we will contact you to see if you are interested in keeping your applicant file in the candidate pool for an additional two years, or if you prefer to have your data removed from our servers.
Because we occasionally use services whose headquarters are outside of the EU, your data may be sent and/ or stored in non-European countries. Rest assured that your data is handled in a manner that ensures an adequate level of protection according to the EU Commission standard data protection clauses. Please note that you can access or correct your data, request its deletion, exercise your right to data portability (i.e. the right to have your data in an interoperable format) or limit the processing of your data at any time. For any requests or questions related to your data, please contact us at dpo@qonto.com. However, if you feel Qonto did not adequately address your concerns and mishandled your data, you can always file a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
Qonto’s use of personal data collected on professional social networks
To contact you, Qonto may collect and use your personal data that is available on professional social networks, such as LinkedIn. Our legitimate interest in collecting and processing this personal data is to be able to contact you about job offers that may interest you.
You can, of course, state your objection to the use of your data in this way by replying to this email. In the absence of an objection, your personal data will be retained in Qonto’s pool of candidates for 2 years and will be available to our Talent Acquisition and HR teams, as well as to the teams offering the positions. After 2 years, we will contact you to ask if you want to remain in our pool of candidates for an extra 2 years.
Your information may be transferred to non-European countries that ensure an adequate level of protection, as deemed by the EU Commission within the framework of the standard data protection clauses adopted by the EU Commission. You can access these clauses on the European Commission website.
Please note that you may access your data and request their rectification or deletion. You may also object to, or request the limitation of, the processing of your data.
