From accounts payable to accounts paid in minutes

The Accounts Payable add-on is a set of additional paid features that can be added to an existing Qonto Teams plan (Essential, Business, or Enterprise).

🖥️ For the moment, existing Qonto customers can manage add-ons only via the web app. New customers can include the add-on as part of their pricing plan at checkout. 

1. Go to the Settings section, in the bottom left of the screen

2. Select Billing and invoices > Price plan details

3. Click on Manage Add-ons

To delete an add-on, click on it via the Price plan details section, and select Remove.

The Accounts Payable add-on includes additional automations and advanced features in addition to the accounts payable features already available on your plan. 

All Qonto plans include the ability to upload and pay supplier invoices, reconcile the documents to transactions, and export this information for reporting and bookkeeping. 

The additional functions included in the add-on are:

1.) Unlimited invoice collection from management tools (Import invoices, quotes, purchase orders, and integrate with supplier portals).

2.) Payment initiation via ERP integrations (Automated transfers through ERP software integrations).

3.) Synchronization with expense management tools (Sync purchase orders and invoices with your expense management software).

4.) Advanced Manager Role Customization (Customize manager permissions to control spending. Advanced permissions allow managers to approve payment requests).

5.) Workflow approval for transfer and reimbursement requests (Set multiple approval rules for expense requests).

6.) Team Budget Management (Enable real-time budget tracking, centralized expense management, and financial oversight delegation).
