Using Hibob to manage HR? Thanks to our new integration with Hibob, you can invite all your employees to Qonto in just a few clicks.

If you struggle to manage employee expenses and centralize receipts, Qonto offers visibility and control thanks to features like real-time budgeting, custom card permissions, and seamless online and offline reimbursement. All you have to do is add your employees.

Avoid manual work, and mistakes. Key information about your employees -- like their email address, and last names -- are automatically synchronized from Hibob to Qonto.

Don't worry, Qonto will never automatically invite your employees to join. Instead, we'll sync daily with Hibob to identify new employees at your company and add them as a suggestion under the User Management section of the app. All you'll have to do is click to add them.
