We also trust our people and acknowledge the desire for work-life balance. Our flexible work policy includes:

1. up to two remote days per week for most roles,
2. 12 bonus remote days per year (within +/- 3 hours of the CET time zone).

Some of our roles are eligible for full remote work. This will be clearly specified in the job description. If it's not mentioned, the role requires regular office presence.

If you need to come to the office from abroad during your hiring process, we've got you covered. Your recruiter will arrange and pre-pay for your travel and a one-night hotel stay (if needed).
