2. Work their network to seek out valuable partnerships;

The Paid Search Manager plays an important role in the Growth, Sales, Marketing & Communication department, by working to bring in more new customers online.

They’re given a set budget to create a paid search campaign on the main search engines in order to place the company at the top of the results and therefore attract prospective customers.

Apart from optimizing said campaigns, the Paid Search Manager regularly runs tests (A/B testing, adding or subtracting keywords, etc.) to improve ROI. They work closely with Designers, Data Analysts and Digital Analysts to get an edge over competitors.

Not only does an effective Paid Search Manager have to have an excellent grasp of Google Ads and Bing Ads, but they’re also expected to have a good understanding of digital marketing, such as:
