Our hiring process is designed to be efficient, transparent, and respectful of your time: on average, our process lasts 20 working days from application to decision.

• After you apply: we’re committed to providing an answer within 48 hours, ensuring you're not left in the dark.

• After each interview: your dedicated recruiter will contact you within 48 hours to:
1. answer any questions you may have,
2. gather your feedback on the interview,
3. provide our feedback to you,
4. outline the next steps in the process.

English is our primary working language at Qonto, reflecting our international team and customer base. We highly recommend applying in English to showcase your ability to communicate effectively in our work environment.

However, if the job description specifically states that fluency in another language is required (e.g. for certain customer-facing roles), feel free to highlight your multilingual skills.

Depending on your current location and the level of the job you're applying for, Qonto may be able to assist with obtaining a work visa. This process can vary, so your recruiter will provide specific information tailored to your situation.

If your role requires relocation, we're here to help make your transition as smooth as possible. The level of support may vary based on the position and your circumstances.

If you need to come to the office from abroad during your hiring process, we've got you covered. Your recruiter will arrange and pre-pay for your travel and a one-night hotel stay (if needed).

Your recruiter is your go-to person for any questions about visas, relocation, or travel arrangements. We're here to support you every step of the way.

We believe that meaningful work relationships and effective teamwork develop best through in-person interactions, in alignment with our vision of work. That's why we invest in great offices, flexible travel policies, and budgets for team-building activities.

We also trust our people and acknowledge the desire for work-life balance. Our flexible work policy includes:

1. up to two remote days per week for most roles,
2. 12 bonus remote days per year (within +/- 3 hours of the CET time zone).

Some of our roles are eligible for full remote work. This will be clearly specified in the job description. If it's not mentioned, the role requires regular office presence.
